The Undergraduate Research & Creative Activity Showcase at Fall Family Weekend

The next Undergraduate Research & Creative Activity Showcase will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025.

The Undergraduate Research & Creative Activity Showcase is an opportunity for students to share their research and creative works with their families and friends as part of 91³Ô¹ÏÍø's Fall Family Weekend.

The Fall Family Weekend (FFW) research poster session originated through the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø Science Research Program (GSRP) in 2004, which serves the Biology, Chemistry & Biochemistry, and Physics Departments. In 2017, the GSRP FFW poster session became the Undergraduate Research Showcase (URS) under the newly created Center for Undergraduate Research & Creative Inquiry (CURCI), initially only serving the College of Arts & Sciences. Since 2021, CURCI serves and supports all of GU’s undergraduate researchers through the Undergraduate Research & Creative Activity Showcase.

The Undergraduate Research & Creative Activity Showcase, which is held in the in the Hemmingson Ballroom, features approximately 100 presenters and represents a wide range of majors throughout the University.
