International Students

Per immigration regulations, 91³Ô¹ÏÍø is awaiting approval from the Student and Exchange Visitor program before we can begin accepting applications from international students into our Data Science program. We hope to have approval to admit students into this program for Fall 2026 but will send notice out to those who showed interest when we have confirmation.

Note that if any documents have been generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI), your application may be denied.

In addition to the eligibility and application requirements, international students must also submit the following:

Proof of English Language

  • TOEFL score of 88 or
  • IELTS score of 6.5 or
  • Verification of English language proficiency from the 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University ISSS office or
  • An official recommendation from 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University's English Language Center

Due to Covid-19 restrictions TOEFL testing is now taking place online and you can learn by visiting the .

If you do not meet the English proficiency requirements listed above but believe your English to be equivalent to these levels for graduate studies at 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University due to work, education or language immersion experience, please contact your Admissions Specialist.

International Transcripts

All international students applying directly to a 91³Ô¹ÏÍø University graduate program must have each foreign transcript evaluated through a -approved, third-party evaluator. This must include the required course-by-course evaluation of all university degrees earned outside of the United States.

(TEC), formerly SpanTran, or (ECE) are our recommended agencies for obtaining this evaluation, but we will also accept evaluations from other approved third-party evaluators such as (WES).

TEC offers a custom portal for students to request an evaluation at a discounted rate ($150 for the evaluation).

ECE offers a custom portal for students to request an evaluation at a 10% discounted rate.
